What is EZFOTO?

EZFOTO is an online platform especially created for dedicated sports photographers. The software we have developed enables you to follow a quick, complete order process through which you can:

  • Create your own product bundles and prices.
  • Create both team and individual orders
  • Add personalized player information (age, weight, height, message, etc.)
  • Add your team and player photos, as well as graphics, such as logos.
  • And much more!

With EZFOTO, everything is done online with a couple of clicks!

Do you do double-sided printing (back and front)?

Yes! Unlike our competition, our prints are double-sided (front/back) which provides us a lot of flexibility in terms of what photos and information we can put on each of our products.

Is there a cost to become a partner?

No, there is no cost related to opening your account.

Who can become a partner?

All photographers can become partners. Obviously having a basic working knowledge of photography is very useful. Also, it is helpful to have a good network of contacts and/or marketing knowledge in order to be successful.

How do I open an account, become a partner?

It is very easy! All you need to do is contact us!

What are the production and delivery timeframes?

As soon as you click the “SEND TO PRINTING” button on your control panel, your order is sent to production. Generally, we can ship your order within 24-48 business hours.

Is free shipping available?

We offer free shipping for printing orders over:

CANADA
Quebec: $300
Ontario: $300
Maritimes: 5% credit on other over $300
Western Provinces: 5% credit on other over $300

UNITED STATES
All USA: $300

Which shipping company is used?

We ship via Canpar in Canada and FedEx in the United States. Our samples are sent via Canada Post.

What payment methods are acceptable?

We accept the following credit cards: Visa, MasterCard and American Express. In specific cases, bank transfer is accepted as well as cheques.

What are your hours of operation?

We are open Monday to Friday from 8:30am to 5pm.

Can I get samples of your products?

We have created a selection of sample products that will be shipped to you at no cost. To request samples, please complete the following form.

What kind of equipment do I need?

No specific equipment is required. However, when it comes to cameras and lenses, we recommend Nikon and Canon brands. For lighting, we use AlienBees lamps in our tutorials. These provide great value for the price.

When adjusting photos, it is important to ensure your computer monitor is calibrated. To do this, we suggest Spyder software. Lightroom software is also a powerful ally.

IT’S A JOINT EFFORT!

We provide high-quality prints with a UV-protective finish, but it’s a joint effort. Please don’t expect miracles if your pictures had poor lighting, were over-exposed or if your screen was not calibrated.

But don’t worry! If we detect a problem with your image quality, we will notify you and advise you about the best solution available.

What kinds of sports do your products accommodate?

You can print any sport you wish using our different designs, as each one is multi-sport. We have also developed a line intended for daycare centres. If you have a question, don’t hesitate to contact us.
